First: Body Weight


One of the best methods that you can use to know whether you have a normal weight is to know the Body Mass Index - BMI

There are some exceptions to BMI calculations such as:
1. Athletic people with huge muscles.
2. Pregnant women.
3. Children who are still developing their bodies.
 




Second: Measurement Tape


The waste measure: Accumulated fats around the waste are more dangerous than fats in the hips or other body parts. The less the waste measure, the less the body fat. This table is important in that aspect:
